As an integral part of Gwinnett's healthcare system, the Gwinnett Community Clinic
provides many clinical services such as:
• Over 3000 patient visits/year with 3500 patients on file
• Fills 7000 prescriptions per year
• X-rays and diagnostic imaging
• CT scans
• MRI scans
• Mammograms
• Pulmonary function studies, EKGs, holter monitoring & EEG, & neurodiagnostics
• Surgical procedures
• Laboratory tests
• Referrals to other medical service providers and specialists.
• Invasive diagnostic procedures such as: Breast Biopsies, Liver Biopsies, & Cardiac Catheterizations
• Diabetic education from Certified Diabetic Educators
• Coordination of services with referrals to DFACS and GRN Mental Health
The Gwinnett Community Clinic has also served as a model for other similar clinics in surrounding
counties and communities.
