Our mission
The Gwinnett Community Clinic is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization, providing a range of comprehensive health care services to uninsured, low- income men, women, and children living in Gwinnett County. The Clinic operates under the supervision of a Board of Directors, whose aim is to secure the highest level of care for those who qualify for the clinic's services. To ensure that these high
standards are maintained the Clinic reserves the right to evaluate a patient's eligibility
and need for such services. The Clinic does not prescribe narcotics. Eastside Medical
Center, various organizational grants, private donations and fund-raisers largely
provide Gwinnett Community Clinic's operating expenses.
