How can you help?

The Gwinnett Community Clinic is a community effort. In order to serve the ever-expanding need for healthcare to those that would otherwise have none, we need your help.

                TIME!     TALENT!    MONEY!

The Clinic operates year round on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm-9pm.Volunteers are needed
to staff the clinic. The clinic night requires a variety of staff members, including two
physicians, three nurses, three front office staff, one Spanish translator, and extra
clerical help who function as general assistants or "runners."

This full staff is needed each night the clinic is open. When multiplied by eight
nights per month, you can understand the continuous need for volunteers.

Do you have other talents besides those needed to operate the clinic during
clinic hours? The Clinic can use your skills in the following services:

          • Plan and execute a fund raiser
          • Outreach/ public speaking
          • Computer expertise
          • Filing and mailing letters
          • Organize the process in the front office
          • Help with qualifying patients by reviewing financial criteria.

Whether you can or cannot provide talents or time, the Clinic always is in need of financial donations for operational expenses or capital equipment costs!

There is a place for your services and resources. Anything you offer will help us meet the healthcare needs of the indigent in Gwinnett. All not-for- profit organizations need money to operate and deliver services. We depend on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations for these funds, since no government funding is accepted by GCC. Whether it is a small donation or a yearly gift or bequest, financial support is critical to continue to serve the indigent of our community.
